The perfect candidate will have 5-10yrs background with great attention to detail and strong issue solving/process improvement skills. A cross-functional approach to accounting, background in operational business. A 4 year accounting degree and a CPA is REQUIRED and background in the manufacturing industry with an understanding of full cycle accounting and month end close on large ERP systems.
